Follow the spoken instruction
- Start a lesson from BASIC TRAINING or TRADE TRAINING. Read its Objectives panel as well as listening to the introduction.
- During a captioned passage, look near the bottom centre of the screen, above the menu bar. Captions appear in short sections as the instruction plays.
- If speech is hard to hear, open Escape → SETTINGS → VOLUME. Check MASTER and VOICE / RADIO, and lower the background sounds if needed. Close the menu to continue listening.
- Carry out the requested action, then check the objective’s status. Finishing a sentence does not mean the task itself is complete.
Pause without skipping
Open the Escape menu to pause the session and its dialogue. The training captions are hidden while that menu is open. Close it to return to the previous state. If you had already paused with the time controls, closing the menu leaves the game paused. Captions are hidden during that pause too; pausing is not a way to keep the current caption on screen for reading.
Skip a passage you have already heard
- Return to the running lesson. While its training caption overlay is active, find SKIP DIALOGUE near the lower-right corner.
- Choose SKIP DIALOGUE. It stops current voice playback, clears queued voice and hides the training captions. Queued radio speech can be cleared too; check ASMA for reports you missed.
- Read the Objectives panel and continue with the remaining tasks. Skipping speech is not a substitute for carrying out the exercise, and it does not replay a passage later.
If the words disappear

If you missed the instruction
Read the current Objectives panel first. If you need to start the exercise again, return through the training menu or use Retry on the results screen. Restarting begins a new attempt; it is not a rewind of the last sentence.
If the lesson still appears stuck
Follow the objective checks: verify the exact requested action and the selected aircraft or track. For a caption or audio problem, note the lesson, the words immediately before the problem, whether you paused or switched apps, and whether you pressed SKIP DIALOGUE. Include that in your bug report.
